Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑powered workflows across CRM, scheduling, and care coordination systems
• Build automation sequences (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n) to eliminate manual admin tasks
• Create engaging video content for recruitment, training, and social media
• Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM including pipelines, sequences, and reporting dashboards
• Develop AI chatbots and virtual assistants for client and carer communication
• Produce data‑driven reports and dashboards for leadership decision‑making
• Research and implement emerging AI tools to maintain competitive advantage
• Train team members on new systems and create documentation for workflows
• Manage social media content calendar and analytics
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar)
• Proven track record building automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
• Experience with HubSpot CRM or equivalent platform
• Video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
