Shanly Group, Beaconsfield, is seeking a technically capable graduate to drive AI and automation across the business. Working under the Deputy Chairman, you will design, build and deliver practical AI solutions that are easy to use for non-technical colleagues.

The role is hands-on, involves understanding existing processes, integrating systems where needed, and working with IT partners to ensure security and alignment with technology plans.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience with strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and technology.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automated workflows or no-code/low-code solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform (Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Experience connecting systems via APIs or similar integration methods.
• Comfort using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical users.
• Ability to take ideas from investigation to working solution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand business processes and challenges across the Group.
• Identify repetitive tasks that AI/automation can improve.
• Design, build and test practical AI/automation solutions.
• Ensure solutions are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Maximise use of existing Microsoft tools (Power Platform, Copilot).
• Connect information across systems via APIs.
• Evaluate new AI tools for practical fit.
• Iterate ideas at small scale before wider rollout.
• Collaborate with IT partners to ensure security and maintainability.
• Document solutions for continuity and adoption within the business.
