Job summary

Noux Talent in Bolton (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite) seeks an experienced AI & Automation Engineering Lead to steer a three-person AI team and shape the business-wide AI and automation strategy. You will provide technical direction, mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.

You’ll establish frameworks and reusable assets, integrate LLMs into processes, and ensure governance, security and responsible AI practices across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI or data science teams.
• Hands-on with AI and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience deploying AI across business processes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three AI Engineers with mentoring.
• Provide technical leadership across AI solution architecture and deployment.
• Stay hands-on in design and delivery of AI/automation solutions.
• Develop reusable frameworks, standards and assets.
• Integrate LLMs/AI agents into business processes and systems.
• Scope, plan and deliver AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Shape adoption roadmaps and align with stakeholders.
• Embed governance, security and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure reliability, performance and scalability of solutions.
