Qualifications

• Experience with ProClaim and commercial software development.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, ideally SQL Server.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve AI-driven business processes.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable software.
• Develop across React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, SQL Server, APIs, and desktop apps.
• Build and maintain third-party platform integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Develop and support middleware systems connecting business-critical applications.
• Create and maintain SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, and data models.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications and AI workflows.
• Use AI development tools to accelerate delivery while upholding quality.
• Design controls, testing frameworks, and governance for AI-powered processes.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across applications, integrations, databases, and automated workflows.
• Manage software releases, deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from initial requirements through deployment and ongoing support.
