QA Limited invites applicants to join a pioneering apprenticeship program in Reading, designed to build automation, AI and low-code skills from day one. You will learn by doing, support the design and deployment of RPA bots, and help craft AI-enabled workflows alongside experienced colleagues.

Working hours are 9am-5:30pm; there are strong learning opportunities, a wellbeing app from day one, and a range of benefits as you progress through the program.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• Interest in automation, AI, software development and transformation.
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Support design, build, test and deployment of RPA bots.
• Help develop AI-enabled solutions and intelligent workflows.
• Translate requirements into process maps, user stories and tests.
• Maintain bots, workflows and scripts under supervision.
• Monitor bot performance and assist with issue resolution.
• Participate in governance, security and compliance activities.
