Job summary

AQA is seeking an AI Asset Manager in the UK to lead development and management of AI assets supporting new assessment products. The role sits in the AI for Assessment Innovation team, working with researchers, developers and stakeholders to turn AI advances into practical, value-driven solutions for learners and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology products, AI tools, software assets or digital solutions.
• Ability to work with developers, engineers and technical specialists and translate complex concepts for wider stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience developing roadmaps, prioritising activity and managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for AI assets and ensure value and relevance.
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and partners to develop and manage AI tools and IP.
• Lead strategic AI initiatives using market trends and analytics to influence decisions.
• Act as the face of AI for assessment solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop strategy and collect priorities to improve AI assets and prototypes for education.
• Ensure customer experience is enhanced and aligned with pedagogy and stakeholder needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across AI assets in collaboration with the team.
• Analyse data to inform strategic and operational priorities.
