Job summary

Smiths Group seeks a Technology Controls Manager (AI & Analytics) to enhance internal controls using AI-driven analytics and dashboards. You will work with BIS, site IT teams, and external auditors to design, implement, and automate IT controls across ERP environments.

The role requires CISA/CISM or similar, English fluency, and experience applying AI to internal audit. A strong DC culture and global exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (CISA/CISM or similar) required.
• ACA/ACCA (Desirable) Degree (2:1).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Extensive knowledge of AI & Analytics tools in internal audit and internal control.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI & Analytics opportunities to strengthen controls and compliance.
• Develop analytics scripts and dashboards to visualize control information.
• Standardise templates and automate control reviews using AI.
• Collaborate with BIS, divisional IT teams and external auditors.
• Drive design and implementation of IT automated controls.
