Job summary

Proforest in Oxford seeks an AI Analyst, Europe, to help shape how artificial intelligence supports our teams and clients. The role is a 6-month fixed-term, full-time, on-site and based in Oxford, with potential for extension.

You will identify AI opportunities, design pilot solutions and contribute to internal AI guidance across Europe and the wider organisation. This is an exciting chance to work with colleagues from multiple countries and disciplines, learn about emerging AI tools, and help

Qualifications

• A recent degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, business or another relevant discipline
• A strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms. Proficient in prompt engineering
• The ability to learn quickly and confidently explore new tools and approaches
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to co‑ordinate multiple activities simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across Proforest's client work and internal processes
• Explore, evaluate and test emerging AI tools and assess their potential applications
• Design, develop and pilot AI solutions to improve how we work
• Support the delivery of AI training sessions and learning resources for staff
• Contribute to internal AI guidance, governance processes and responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with the Global AI Working Group
• Help build engagement and confidence in AI across teams and regions
