We’re hiring for an engineer to build the harness around agents — pipelines, tools, tests and gates — and to ship real product code when it matters.

You’ll work across a diverse stack (Next.js, Python, React Native, Java, Angular) and collaborate closely with product, legal and operations to turn customer conversations into robust

Qualifications

• 2–4 years building complex web applications used by real users.
• Strong TypeScript and Next.js; comfortable with Python.
• Real AI integration experience with shipped产品.
• Clear, practical approach to agentic coding.
• Strong written and spoken communication; able to explain trade-offs.
• Ownership mindset; proactive about risks and transparency.
• Comfort collaborating with product, legal, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and sharpen our agentic development setup: pipelines, tool definitions, sandboxes, eval suites, review gates.
• Turn recurring engineering work into repeatable agent-run workflows.
• Write real product code when it matters across our eclectic stack (Next.js, Python, React Native, Java, Angular).
• Debug hard architectural and integration challenges, not just stack traces.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and operations to translate needs into buildable features.
• Form and defend architectural opinions with constructive debate.
