Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years' backend/full-stack or AI agent development experience in Golang or Python with REST APIs and microservices concepts
• 2+ years' experience with Kubernetes, including Helm
• Experience leveraging MCP, A2A, or Vector DBs in AI agent development
• Solid understanding of memory and context management
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a collaborative approach
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault or Terraform
• Familiarity with retry patterns, circuit breakers, idempotency, service discovery, and API gateways
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices
• Exposure to reliability best practices, such as SLOs, incident response, and observability engineering
• Cybersecurity practices including encryption at rest/in transit, secret management, CVE remediation, authentication/authorisation, and PKI

Responsibilities

• Build Security Tooling: Design and implement features, tooling, and AI agents supporting vulnerability analysis and cyber resiliency
• Strengthen Reliability: Support continuous improvement through remediation of security findings, automation, and observability solutions
• Uphold Standards: Enforce adherence to architectural principles, product guidelines, and usability standards
• Integrate & Onboard: Develop new integrations and onboard tooling to support business needs across the wider ecosystem
• Share Knowledge: Contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing, documentation, and presentations across the squad and department
• Participate in Delivery Ceremonies: Take part in design discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies, including on-call rotation
