Job summary

Method Resourcing Ltd is seeking an AI Adoption Lead for a major UK bank, based in London. The role drives enterprise-wide AI adoption, capability building and cultural change as AI moves from experimentation to everyday business use.

You will shape AI strategy, operating models and drive adoption with senior stakeholders across business and technology, including Copilot tooling. High visibility and impact await.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading large-scale technology adoption, transformation or change programmes.
• Experience driving adoption of AI tools within enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or similar AI productivity platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong programme, project or transformation delivery experience.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
• Experience developing training, enablement, communications or adoption strategies.
• Commercial focus on delivering measurable business outcomes from technology investments.
• Sufficient technical understanding to work credibly with engineering, architecture and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering the organisation's AI adoption, enablement and business readiness strategy.
• Leading the rollout and adoption of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot and other emerging technologies.
• Building AI literacy, capability and upskilling programmes across diverse user groups.
• Creating adoption frameworks, metrics and success measures that demonstrate clear business value.
• Establishing AI champion networks and communities of practice.
• Developing communications, learning and change management plans to support sustainable behavioural change.
• Working closely with architecture, engineering and technical teams on AI tooling assessments and rollout planning.
• Helping technology teams embrace AI-native software development practices and maximise the value of GitHub Copilot.
• Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by embedding AI into future operating models and ways of working.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions to drive adoption and alignment.
