Job summary

Agronomist role in Southwest England with travel across the region. The position offers a basic salary circa £50,000-£55,000 with bonus, a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

You'll join a forward-thinking agricultural organisation focused on sustainable crop production, providing technical agronomic advice to growers, protecting crops, and building lasting client relationships while working with the technical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• BASIS and FACTS qualification (or working towards).
• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field.
• Experience advising on arable and/or horticultural crops.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, able to work independently.
• Passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
