Job summary

Cawood, within the NRM division, is seeking a lab operations support role to help run day-to-day laboratory activities in a high-volume setting. The role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while performing hands-on analysis of samples.

You will follow SOPs, transcribe results into the LIM system, and maintain safety standards. The position emphasizes teamwork to sustain productivity and accuracy across the lab.

Qualifications

• Must follow SOPs to prepare/analyze samples accurately.
• Ability to transcribe data correctly into the LIM’s system.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy in high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Sort/prepare/analyze client samples accurately per SOP.
• Transcribe data into the LIM’s system.
• Maintain safety and report incidents per policy.
• Perform weekly stock control of consumables.
• Keep equipment and PPE clean and properly used.
