Job summary

Wynnstay Group PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Store Manager to lead one of our established stores and take ownership of its continued growth and success. You will run the store as a local business, setting pace, driving sales, and building a strong presence within the agricultural community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume retail environments with proven commercial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development of large teams.
• Sound understanding of health & safety, compliance and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for the store, including sales, team, stock management and operations.
• Drive sales growth by retaining and expanding the customer base and proactive selling.
• Deliver high standard of customer service and build relationships with existing customers while developing new business.
• Provide clear leadership, support and ongoing development to store staff.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, well-merchandised and professional in appearance.
• Lead regular stock takes and participate in promotional campaigns.
• Manage and resolve customer or staff issues professionally and confidently.
• Maintain Health & Safety on site and ensure compliance with Wynnstay policies.
