Farming Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to specialise in crop sprayer equipment. The role is field-based with a depot start in Worcestershire and extensive West Midlands, Wales, and southern England coverage.

• Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
• Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery.
• Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
• Preform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.

Agricultural Service Engineer - Crop Sprayer Specialist

• Are you an experienced Agricultural Engineer with a skill for diagnostics?

Location of the Job:

• 20% based from the depot in Worcestershire.

• 80% field based covering the West Midlands, Wales and South of England.

Salary and Benefits Package:

• Competitive Salary: Paying up to £45,000+ per annum.

• Overtime: Overtime rates paid after 40 hours.

• Company Vehicle: Fully equipped service van.

• Tools provided: All specialist tools required for the job.

• 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays.

Additional information:

• This is a permanent full-time position.

• Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday + overtime during busy / seasonal periods.
