Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd in Warwickshire is recruiting two Agricultural Service Engineers to join the engineering team. The role covers service, maintenance and repair of agricultural and groundcare machinery, with time split between the workshop and customer sites across the region.

You will diagnose faults, perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure high safety standards while delivering practical technical advice.

• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A well-established agricultural and groundcare machinery dealership is looking to recruit two Service Technicians/Engineers to join its growing engineering team. This is a varied role working both in the workshop and at customer sites, servicing and repairing a wide range of agricultural and groundcare equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with agricultural, groundcare or plant machinery experience looking to join a stable business that offers ongoing manufacturer training and long-term career development.

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair agricultural and groundcare machinery
• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and pre-delivery inspections
• Work both from the workshop and at customer sites across the region
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Always ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Support customers with technical advice and equipment maintenance requirements

The Candidate

• Previous experience working on agricultural, groundcare or similar machinery
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and proactive approach to work
• Flexible to support overtime and occasional weekend rota requirements
• Eligible to work in the UK with a full driving licence
