David Allen is seeking an Agricultural Manager to lead the Dumfries-based agricultural accounting team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day workflow, preparing accounts, and guiding junior staff, with direct client interaction and business development opportunities.

You will work from our Dumfries office, leading a team, ensuring accuracy, and promoting the firm's services at events to expand client relationships. AAT/ACA/ACCA qualifications are preferred.

Formación

• AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications or equivalent senior agricultural accounting experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting clients and junior staff.
• Based in Dumfries with willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the agricultural workflow.
• Prepare, review and submit accounts for agricultural clients.
• Provide training and guidance on technical accounting issues.
• Promote the practice at events and initiatives to build relationships.
