Path Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair agricultural machinery at customer sites near Chelmsford. The role offers a competitive basic salary (£40,000–£43,000) with overtime, a company vehicle and mobile phone, and a generous 32 days of annual leave.

You will travel to customer sites, perform routine servicing and diagnostics, and maintain thorough service records while advising customers on maintenance needs.

Formación

• Practical experience in machinery maintenance, servicing or repairs.
• Ideally within agriculture/farm machinery.
• Confident fault-finder and able to work independently in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Identifying issues and completing effective repairs.
• Travelling between customer sites and delivering professional service.
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Advising customers on machinery condition and maintenance requirements.
