Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists in Worcester is seeking a Sales & Branch Assistant to join a busy team. You will handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and help grow sales while supporting stock control and deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, good computer skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Salary £26,000–£35,000 p.a. DOE, permanent, full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries and process orders
• Maintain accurate sales records and paperwork
• Assist with stock ordering, deliveries and stock displays
• Support promotions, social media and agricultural events
• Work closely with the sales, warehouse and administration teams
• Help with general branch duties as required
