Cultura Connect is seeking a Sales and Marketing Agricultural Specialist in the South West (UK) to combine agricultural knowledge with customer relationship skills and creativity. You will train farmers, resolve technical queries, and develop engaging marketing content.

You’ll travel to shows and collaborate with the team, building relationships with distributors and retailers. The role emphasizes practical farming understanding, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Strong agricultural background and practical farming understanding.
• Confident communicator able to build rapport with farmers and customers.
• Experience in business development and account management preferred.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused with a practical problem-solving approach.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Knowledge of product marketing, content creation and social media.
• Proactive and able to use initiative and share ideas.
• Keen to learn and develop.
• Proficient IT skills.
• UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agricultural distributors and retailers; provide product guidance and training.
• Manage product queries, faults and maintenance issues; offer practical solutions.
• Develop business with current and prospective customers; handle sales enquiries.
• Create product information sheets, briefs, photography coordination, and social media content.
• Support existing product ranges; use customer feedback to inform improvements and new development.
• Represent the company at agricultural shows and events; engage with customers.
