About the team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.

You will be joining our team of talented Agile (SAFe) Scrum Masters, POs, and Product Managers based in the UK, US, Brazil, and Singapore working on Enterprise Product initiatives. Each Scrum Master works with their dedicated Agile development team and is responsible for fostering a continuous improvement mindset and Agile ways of working.

We care deeply about things like code quality, ownership, empowerment, automation, and agile ways of working.

What you’ll own

1. Act as Scrum Master for two cross-functional teams on the 3rd Party Connections.
2. Coach and mentor individuals and teams in agile practices.
3. Capture and report metrics, and contribute to ongoing improvement.
4. Support the agile community within Worldpay.
5. Facilitation of ceremonies, planning activities, brainstorming, and ad-hoc discussions.
6. Close relationship building with our Product representatives.
7. Nurture a culture of collaborative innovation.
8. Communicate and mitigate risks and/or issues.

What you bring

1. 5+ years of experience in Agile Development, preferably SAFe.
2. Proven track record of managing staff and teams; enabling their development and growth.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
4. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
5. Scaled Agile Certification or other relevant qualifications.
6. Ability to adapt & excel in a changing and fast-paced environment.
7. You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
8. You never stop learning, no matter how experienced you are. You create a culture where honesty and accountability are valued.
