Job summary

Together in the UK is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for the in-house Microsoft 365 team. You will help colleagues transition to continuous delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach agile ways of working.

You’ll enable high‑performing delivery by coaching the team and driving improvements that create meaningful benefits for colleagues across Together. We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices

Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to coach teams and individuals at varying levels of Agile maturity.
Experience with digital delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro).
Experience of working in a project environment familiar with planning, risk, issue and dependency management processes.
Experience working in scaled environments (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
Experience using metrics to drive predictability and flow improvements.
