Job summary

Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (preferably SAFe).
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile.
• Working knowledge of Jira.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring they are positive and timeboxed.
• Support iteration execution and refine the backlog with stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers to improve team flow.
• Mitigate risks and shield squads from interruptions.
• Coach the team to improve agile attributes and collaboration.
• Foster stakeholder collaboration and trust across teams.
• Provide governance data and participate in relevant forums.
