Job summary

CalMac in Gourock is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead delivery of key digital and technology solutions across internal teams and external partners. The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, championing Agile practices, and ensuring quality delivery against timelines and scope.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to release, support incremental value, and contribute to strategic changes as CalMac undergoes transformation with the CHFS3 contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management within digital/tech environments.
• Experience delivering complex software or platform projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; capable of engaging at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through release.
• Coordinate between business, partners and IT teams; champion Agile practices.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time and within scope.
