This pivotal role involves leading the development of learning capabilities, designing strategic learning pathways, and coaching teams to drive cultural transformation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Agile practices, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proven record of leading impactful learning programmes while working collaboratively across departments. This role is based on-site once a week.

• Significant experience applying Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices in complex organisations.
