We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for skilled agile delivery managers, who have experience of delivering software in an agile environment.

We use fresh ideas and leading-edge tech to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK. So, join one of the biggest digital transformations in Europe whilst being supported, challenged and inspired.

You and your role

Our Agile Delivery Managers create collaborative and positive spaces, so our high-performing digital teams can create, build, innovate and deliver services that work for over 20 million users.

You'll make sure our experts have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers, and find the best way round through, and over.

Location: You'll join us in our brilliant digital hub in Newcastle, whichever is most convenient for you. As part of the role, you may be required to travel regularly to the other digital hubs. The frequency of this will be discussed further should you be successful.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £45,081.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
