Job summary

Future Talent Group is recruiting an Agile Delivery Manager for a next-generation defence and autonomous systems project based in Bristol with hybrid working. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across hardware and software, driving delivery from concept to deployment in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex hardware, software and integrated tech from concept to deployment, including manufacturing readiness.
• Experience applying Agile in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.
• Domain experience in aerospace, defence tech, autonomous systems or related high-growth tech contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across hardware and software programmes.
• Align engineering teams around priorities, milestones and outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, blockers and competing priorities.
• Drive rapid product development in evolving environments from R&D to deployment.
• Create structure and visibility without adding unnecessary process.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and senior stakeholders to maintain momentum.
