Job summary

JUNA is recruiting a proactive Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom for hands-on delivery leadership within a digital consultancy. You will own end-to-end delivery, keeping projects on track while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

You will guide planning, manage risks, and drive outcomes across engineering, architecture, testing, product and business analysis. You will foster collaboration, manage expectations with stakeholders, and contribute practical delivery insights

Qualifications

Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to apply them to different client environments.
Experience working in a consultancy or agency setting is essential.
Proven track record in managing risks, issues and dependencies across teams and workstreams.
Experience creating and maintaining realistic roadmaps and delivery plans.
Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to keep teams focused on priorities.
Confident stakeholder management across technical teams, clients and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Own delivery from start to finish and be accountable for outcomes.
Manage end-to-end engagements from planning through to successful delivery.
Keep delivery on track by identifying risks and dependencies early and adapting approach as needed.
Provide clear visibility with reporting so stakeholders understand progress, risks and decisions.
Facilitate retrospectives and sessions to remove blockers and improve delivery.
Collaborate across engineering, architecture, testing, product and business analysis to align on outcomes.
