Agile Delivery Manager

Location: Onsite - London

Brown & Brown are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to provide delivery leadership and agile expertise to 2-3 matrix-managed teams (14 to 21 people). The role involves fulfilling Scrum Master duties and wider project management activities. Ensure that the many epics planned for 2025 are completed to a high standard that delights our customers.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
2. Translating business strategy into actionable project roadmaps and delivery plans.
3. Working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.
4. Removing impediments and obstacles that prevent teams from achieving their sprint and project goals.
5. Implementing and maintaining agile metrics and reporting to track project progress and team performance.
6. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
7. Coaching teams in agile best practices and helping mature their capabilities.
8. Managing and coordinating dependencies between different project streams.
9. Completing a minimum of 15 hours of continuous professional development annually.
10. Escalating complex issues to senior management when required.
11. Working closely with all business areas including Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Strategy to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
12. Collaborating with leadership to develop and deliver strategies and organizational agile capabilities.
13. Keeping senior management informed about project status, risks, and key milestones.
14. Engaging with external partners and vendors to manage project interfaces and dependencies.

9. Proficiency with Jira.
