Agile Delivery Lead

Location: Onsite - Bolton

Brown & Brown UK are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to provide leadership and agile expertise to multiple teams (14-21 people). Responsibilities include Scrum Master duties, project management, ensuring high-quality delivery of epics planned for 2025, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business strategy into project roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to prioritize backlogs.
• Remove impediments and obstacles for teams.
• Implement and track agile metrics and reporting.
• Foster effective communication across teams.
• Coach teams in agile practices and develop their capabilities.
• Manage dependencies between project streams.
• Complete 15+ hours of professional development annually.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management.
• Coordinate with various business units to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Engage with external partners and vendors.

Candidate Profile:

• Agile certification (e.g., PSM, PMP, SAFe).
• Proven success in agile delivery.
