Agile Delivery Manager

Location: Onsite - London

Brown & Brown are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to provide delivery leadership and agile expertise to 2-3 matrix-managed teams (14 to 21 people). Responsibilities include fulfilling scrum master duties and wider project management activities. Ensure that the epics planned for 2025 are completed to a high standard that delights customers.

The day to day:

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
• Translate business strategy into actionable project roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define and prioritize backlogs.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that prevent teams from achieving their goals.
• Implement and maintain agile metrics and reporting to track progress and performance.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coach teams in agile best practices and help mature their capabilities.
• Manage dependencies between different project streams.
• Complete at least 15 hours of professional development annually.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management when needed.
• Work with all business areas to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategies and organizational agile capabilities.
• Keep senior management informed about project status, risks, and milestones.
• Engage with external partners and vendors for project interfaces and dependencies.
