As we grow, we're looking to hire a Senior Consultant Delivery Lead to work on some exciting new upcoming projects. As we work Hybrid model and your office will be Leeds based, it's important you live a commutable distance for when you need to work from the office or attend a client site. Ideally, we are looking for those who have prior consultancy experience.

These are some of the things we are looking for...

• Lead Agile delivery across the full product lifecycle
• Coach and support teams to improve ways of working and embed a culture of learning and safety.
• Outcome-driven, with experience delivering early value utlising fast feedback loops and data-driven decisioning
• Facilitate Agile planning and day-to-day delivery events, promoting DevOps practices where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance and governance needs are met without compromising agility.
• Excellent communication skills in order to develop relationships with business stakeholders, including those who may have priorities which don't align with yours.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver real value.
• Identify delivery challenges and drive meaningful change across teams.

• Experience in working in multiple industries or sectors
• Experience of Consultancy
• Experience of working in both Public and Private sectors
