Job summary

Tarka Talent Ltd is recruiting an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant / Senior Consultant for roles across London, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle or Bristol. The position is hybrid, offering exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes and a culture of continuous learning.

You will lead delivery, coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate agile ceremonies and help embed modern delivery frameworks to drive measurable outcomes and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a consulting or consultancy firm.
• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and modern delivery frameworks.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex digital transformation programmes and products.
