Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Lead Scrum Master to guide multiple teams within national defence programmes, delivering lean-agile improvements and measurable outcomes. You will drive servant leadership, facilitate events, and support roadmap development across the organisation.

You will mentor teams to boost performance, enable data-driven decision making, and help remove impediments while aligning change initiatives with lean-agile principles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lean- agile teams in defence/engineering environments.
• Strong facilitation and organisational skills.
• Proven track record coaching at scale (SAFe/LeSS/Nexus).

Responsibilities

• Act as servant-leader and facilitator to support lean-agile practices across multiple teams.
• Facilitate team events and roadmap activities to achieve objectives.
• Help identify and remove impediments and enable data-driven decisions.
• Mentor teams to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Support change initiatives with lean-agile principles.
• Develop and grow a team of Scrum Masters / Team Coaches.
