Job summary

iMedhas Consulting Services is seeking an Agile Coach to guide an organization through adopting flexible, Agile methods. You will train staff, remove blockers, and build high-performing teams across the company.

The role emphasizes coaching, facilitating learning, and driving cultural change toward self-organization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and teaching abilities.
• Experience leading change or large Agile transformations.
• Problem-solving skills to handle complex team or company barriers
