Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated individual to support the NIHR community research portfolio. The role focuses on expanding participation in research across NHS GP settings and non-NHS sites within Essex, working with general practices and primary care teams.

You will travel across Essex to NIHR meetings and sites; a clean driving licence is required and business mileage will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Motivated, able to work as part of a friendly team.
• Ability to adhere to research protocols and local/national regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the NIHR community research portfolio.
• Increase research participation from NHS GP settings and other sites.
• Collaborate with primary care teams across Essex and host organisation.
• Travel within Essex; hold a valid driving licence; travel expenses paid per agenda for change.
