The role requires breadth across cloud, operating systems, desktop engineering, security, CI/CD, and developer tooling, with a developer-first mindset to tackle cross-cutting enablement challenges. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background as a software engineer.
• Experience with developer workflows and engineering ways of working, not only end-user delivery.
• Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and turn research into practical implementation.
• Strong communication skills across technical disciplines and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement controls, tooling, and engineering practices for safe AI-assisted development.
• Enable engineers to use agentic tooling safely and effectively through research, prototyping, telemetry, and guardrails.
• Work across cloud, security, operating systems, desktop engineering, CI/CD, and developer tooling to solve cross-cutting enablement problems.
