Lorien is seeking an experienced Agentic Forward Deployed Engineer to help build, secure and operate AI-powered products at scale from our London hub.

You will work with engineering, security and governance teams to establish agentic engineering practices, AI governance, evaluation frameworks and cost management across production systems.

You’ll establish governance, guardrails and cost monitoring, coach teams, and drive enterprise compliance and procurement for AI systems.

Formación

• Proven experience building, securing and operating production agentic systems.
• Strong expertise in LLM evaluation, red-teaming and guardrails.
• Deep understanding of AI security and risk mitigation.
• Experience with enterprise compliance, data protection and procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coaching skills.
• Experience establishing AI engineering, enablement or platform capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish agentic workflows and code review practices.
• Coach teams on agent-assisted development.
• Design governance frameworks for agent behaviour and auditability.
• Review systems for prompt injection, permissions, data boundaries and secrets.
• Implement LLM evaluation, red-teaming and guardrails.
• Establish AI cost monitoring, budgeting and reporting.
• Build reusable reference implementations for agentic services.
• Upskill UK and international engineering teams.
