- Assist in development, configuration, testing and deployment of AI-enabled applications and workflows.
- Provide guidance to business users on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
- Deliver and support training sessions, workshops and adoption activities for varied technical levels.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs and knowledge resources.
- Gather and document business requirements and opportunities for AI/automation solutions.
- Promote governance, security and data protection standards.
- Support testing, documentation and transition of solutions into operations.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve adoption and user experience.

The Agentic Automation Specialist supports the adoption and effective use of AI, automation, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities across Just Group. Working within the AI Centre of Excellence, the role helps colleagues build confidence in using AI tools safely and responsibly, while contributing to the development, testing, and rollout of business solutions. The role operates under the guidance of experienced specialists, supporting learning, innovation, and the delivery of practical business outcomes through AI and automation.

- Support the adoption of AI, agentic AI, automation, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities across the organisation.
- Assist in the development, configuration, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled applications, agents, and automated workflows.
- Provide guidance to business users and citizen developers on tools such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AI-assisted development.
- Deliver and support training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and adoption activities for users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, FAQs, reusable prompts, and other knowledge resources.
- Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and opportunities for AI and automation solutions.
- Promote adherence to governance, security, data protection, and risk management standards.
- Support testing activities, documentation, and transition of solutions into operational use.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve adoption, user experience, and solution effectiveness.
- Continuously develop knowledge of emerging AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies and share insights with colleagues.
- Supporting AI and automation training sessions by preparing materials, facilitating exercises, and assisting participants.
- Coaching users on effective prompt design, agent creation, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Developing learning content, including guides, demonstrations, templates, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Capturing and documenting requirements, ideas, and opportunities from workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Assisting with the configuration of Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, Copilot Studio agents, and related technologies.
- Performing testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Maintaining documentation for deployed solutions, including user guidance, support information, and process documentation.
- Providing initial troubleshooting support and escalating complex technical issues where appropriate.
- Contributing to reusable assets, best-practice libraries, and internal standards that support scalable adoption.
- Researching new AI and automation capabilities and sharing relevant recommendations, insights, and improvement opportunities with the wider team.
- Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues adopt new tools and ways of working.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and exposure to low-code, automation, or AI technologies through work, education, training, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and a willingness to develop expertise in AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible way to a range of audiences.
- Ability to create user-friendly guidance, training materials, and support content that promotes technology adoption and self-service.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to build effective relationships with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
