Job summary

Allocator seeks an Agentic AI Developer to build AI-powered software for institutional investors. You will work with AI assistants, data pipelines, and internal tooling to deliver platform features end to end.

You’ll collaborate with Data, Product, and Client Success teams to identify friction points and ship measurable improvements. Strong Python/SQL/JS and AI tooling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate between tech and business.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/JavaScript and AI development tools.
• Capable of decomposing complex problems into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy platform features, data pipelines, and internal tools.
• Use AI coding assistants as core daily tools; prioritise outcomes over syntax.
• Develop agentic workflows using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Client Success to ship solutions.
• Document specs, track performance, and provide onboarding materials.
