Job summary

Keyman is seeking a Highways Site Agent to join a respected contractor delivering highway projects. The role requires strong on-site leadership, safety management and adherence to RAMS, with a focus on inductions and competency management.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS, Gold CSCS, and NRSWA Supervisor tickets, plus at least five years’ experience on highways schemes, and be prepared to drive safety, quality and timely delivery on site.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• Gold CSCS Card required.
• NRSWA Supervisor ticket required.
• At least 5 years’ experience on highways projects.

Responsibilities

• On-site health and safety management.
