The Role

As an Agent Force and Data Cloud Specialist, you will be a dynamic Senior Architect/Advisor leading AI-driven transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to tailor Agentforce to their business needs. This role combines strategic consulting and technical expertise to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and processes.
• Design AI-driven strategies to improve sales, customer engagement, and productivity using Agentforce.
• Lead configuration and customization of Agentforce to meet client requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for client leadership, fostering trust and partnerships.
• Conduct workshops, training, and presentations to drive adoption and change management.
• Leverage analytics to uncover performance trends, recommend optimizations, and demonstrate ROI.
• Stay updated on AI advancements to advise clients on emerging opportunities.

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, business transformation, or AI, technology implementation roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AI platforms, data cloud, Snowflake, etc.
• Experience with CRM platforms and AI technologies.
