Requirements to become an Agency Care Assistant:

1. Be over 18 years old
2. Have the right to work in the UK
3. Be a UK resident (we cannot offer sponsorship)
4. Have at least 6 months of prior healthcare experience
5. Excellent communication skills and basic sector knowledge
6. Ability to build rapport with service users with varying needs
7. A genuine passion for working in healthcare

Responsibilities include: assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and promoting independence and well-being among service users.
