We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group-owned residential service in Colwyn Bay, which specializes in supporting young adults with varying needs, including neurological conditions, physical, and learning disabilities.

As an Agency Care Assistant, we can offer you:

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:

1. Be over the age of 18 to apply
2. Have the right to work in the UK
3. Be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship
4. Have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
5. Have at least 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
6. Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
7. Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
8. Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
