Job Description:

We are currently supporting one of AG's Transport clients with their recruitment for an Interim Head of Legal (start asap, 12 months), reporting to the GC.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Legal Counsel to undertake a diverse and high-level role, involving complex matters and engagement with senior internal stakeholders. You will take accountability for a wide variety of legal workstreams, such as Health & Safety, procurement, employment, commercial contracts, regulatory advice, environmental law, inquests & fraud allegations, among others. The Interim HOL will also be able to assist with the management of overall strategic matters and be responsible for overall Risk Management and will be communicating their advice to the organisation.
