• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and advising on energy contracts, especially Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), procurement contracts, and energy supply agreements.
• Proficiency with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute management in energy construction projects.
• Knowledge of UK and EU energy regulations and policies, ensuring compliance across projects and contracts.
• Experience in the Energy sector, particularly Oil & Gas, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen), LNG, and familiarity with Carbon Capture technology is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
