Key Requirements:

• Qualified real estate finance lawyer with 7+ years PQE (post-qualification experience).
• Experience working for or advising real estate investment and asset management companies, developers, banks, and alternative lenders.
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance transactions across various asset classes, including Build-to-Rent (BTR), Senior Living, and Student Accommodation, logistics, retail, and office spaces.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of financing agreements, including facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, development funding agreements, and bridging or mezzanine finance arrangements.
• Familiarity with structuring and financing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, including cross-border transactions.
• Understanding of real estate investment structures, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, forward funding, and sale-and-leaseback arrangements.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to real estate finance, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance.
• Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice and manage complex transactions independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external
