Job summary

Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness at Ss John Fisher and Thomas More Catholic Primary School. You will work 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 6.00pm, all year round.

The role involves cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas to keep the school premises safe and welcoming. The Trust supports your professional development with access to online training and offers the Local Government Pension Scheme

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience or readiness to learn cleaning routines.
• Ability to establish rapport with staff and students.
• Commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos of the school.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors and communal areas to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of both internal and external school areas.
• Provide a flexible cleaning service within the school as required.
