Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager at Southfield Primary School in Chiswick. You will lead a small team to deliver safe, engaging activities for children aged 4–11 during breakfast and after-school clubs, with term-time hours and split shifts.

This is a rewarding role with opportunities to develop leadership, coordinate with schools and families, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding understanding required.
• Ability to work split mornings and afternoons during term-time.
• Experience leading activities for children aged 4–11 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy and play.
• Lead after-school activities like arts, crafts, and sports.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate sessions that are inclusive.
• Manage and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality care.
• Communicate with parents, schools and central operations.
