Evans Halshaw in Middlesbrough (Renault) is recruiting an Aftersales Manager to oversee the workshop, Service Advisors and Parts department. You will lead a motivated team to maximise efficiency and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service.

With a salary package including basic pay and OTE, company car and extensive benefits, you will drive performance, customer satisfaction and strong CSI results in a busy, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets.
• Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention.
• Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives.
• Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
• Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to.
• Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these.
• Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.
